At Valley Cheer, it’s essential that every coach not only brings the skill and passion to lead our teams, but also a genuine commitment to ongoing learning—always seeking out new knowledge and training to help our athletes succeed at every level.

We believe that an educated coach builds winning teams. That’s why we invest in our coaches’ development by providing training opportunities and sending them to industry-leading events like Varsity University and the Dream Teams Coaches Conference. Our coaches also complete credentialing, first aid certification, and rubric scoring training to ensure they are fully equipped to support our athletes and help them thrive.
